Director of Operations & Finance

On behalf of our client, Remember When Healthcare, we are looking for a Director of Operations & Finance​ to join their growing team.

Remember When HealthCare is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Operations & Finance to help lead the organization through its next stage of accelerated growth.

This senior leadership position combines financial strategy with operational leadership. 

It is ideal for someone who can see the full picture and who will use financial insight to improve performance, strengthen operations, and turn growth plans into action.

Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, you will build the systems, financial discipline, and organizational accountability required for Remember When HealthCare to scale sustainably.

What You’ll Lead:

• Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.
  

• Operational oversight across finance, HR, administration, and community outreach.
  

• Development of meaningful financial and operational performance indicators.
  

• Improvements to profitability, efficiency, internal systems, and business processes.
  

• Clear procedures, reporting structures, and accountability across departments.
  

• Financial and operational performance across RW HealthCare’s clinics.
  

• Organizational planning, recruitment, performance management, and workforce processes.
  

• Evaluation and execution of new locations, contracts, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.
  

• Strategic reporting and recommendations for the Founders.
  

You will also work closely with the Director of Care to ensure business operations support excellent care delivery and the organization’s broader priorities.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years demonstrated leadership and finance experience
  

• CPA designation strongly preferred.
  

• Senior-level experience in finance, operations, or a combined leadership role.
  

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, reporting, and financial controls.
  

• Demonstrated success improving operations, systems, accountability, and organizational performance.
  

• Experience leading teams and working across multiple business functions.
  

• The ability to move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution.
  

• Sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to challenge assumptions and recommend solutions.
  

• Comfort working in a growing, entrepreneurial organization where priorities can evolve quickly.
  

• Experience in healthcare, multi-location operations, or a labour-intensive organization is considered an asset.

You will create greater visibility into Remember When HealthCare’s financial and operational performance, strengthen accountability, and build scalable systems that support sustainable growth.

Most importantly, you will become a trusted senior leader who understands the business from both an operational and financial perspective and turns information into action.

The Director of Care leads care delivery and clinical operations. 

The Director of Operations & Finance leads business operations and financial performance. 

Together, these roles work alongside the Founders & CEOs to build a strong, sustainable organization.

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
