Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Director of Growth, you will lead the new business generation and sales strategy, along with its execution for the overall company. This role combines the need for sales leadership, strategy, and execution to drive a holistic approach to generating new projects across the entire business and be asked to deliver revenue for each of LFL’s core pods/business units.


Required Skills

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Track record of generating new business/sales of +$2-3M (yearly) for projects involving enterprise digital services, digital products/platform builds and experiential services
  • Proven experience working in a Digital Agency or in a Consulting environment focused on digital products/emerging technologies (NO digital media, SaaS, etc.)
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of cultivating high-level client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in creative technology and digital innovation.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing market demands and technology landscapes.
Compensation

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. In addition to the base salary, this role will receive a sales commission plan and all benefits described below.


This base salary range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Culver City, California. This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
