The Director, North America Growth Strategy (Office: Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)
The Director, North America Growth Strategy will lead the region’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy and orchestrate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process. They will translate strategic ambitions into actionable commercial priorities, ensure disciplined execution of growth initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration. They are a key liaison between the business units, the region, and sales, and will leverage their commercial expertise, industry insights, and inputs from business strategies to support growth in the region.
Your role:
- Establish GTM approach by reviewing region priorities, business unit strategies, and industry trends; create playbooks for customer segments and personas aligned with these strategies. 
- Lead North America AOP process by setting commercial targets, investment priorities, and performance metrics to translate strategic ambitions into action. 
- Enhance customer segmentation, archetypes, and buying process understanding to identify key inflection points for GTM strategy. 
- Design and maintain cross-BU, cross-regional collaboration methods to ensure alignment, facilitate knowledge sharing, and uphold consistent execution of GTM strategy, leveraging strategic relationships and data-driven insights. 
You're the right fit if:
- 8+ years of experience in areas such as Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, International Business or equivalent 
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent. 
- Medtech experience, commercial marketing in a healthcare vertical, or experience working for a strategy consultancy focusing on healthcare is required 
- Proven ability to balance short-term execution with long-term growth strategy

- You're an effective communicator, both orally and in writing, able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with company management and outside business associates. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and highly matrixed organization are required.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $151,500 to $242,400
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $ 169,680 to $271,488
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
