Cyvl’s AI‑powered infrastructure platform for governments is already pulling in millions in ARR and winning six‑ and seven‑figure contracts with major cities and civil engineering giants. Our target is simple: 10X revenue in the next two years and create a $100 million qualified pipeline in the next 18 months. We have the tech, the customers, and the ambition—now we need a marketing leader who can turn the volume to eleven and make Cyvl the first name every public‑works director and city official thinks of.
What You'll Do
- Day‑one to Month‑six priorities
- Rebuild brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity so everything screams “premier infrastructure intelligence.”
- Stand up an integrated demand‑gen engine across SEO, paid, ABM, and outbound collaborations with our BDR team.
- Land at least two national press hits and secure three speaking slots at high‑impact industry events.
- Launch our flagship “Cyvl America” viral campaign (cross‑country sensor road trip, weekly city mapping drops, social and PR blitz).
- Month‑six to Month‑eighteen outcomes
- Drive a 5X jump in sales‑accepted leads and help create a $100 million qualified pipeline.
- Cement Cyvl’s reputation through consistent coverage in trade journals and mainstream media.
- Build self‑serve inbound motions that generate at least 30 percent of new opportunities.
- Deliver repeatable playbooks, metrics dashboards, and processes ready for Series B scale.
- Ongoing responsibilities
- Own the full marketing stack—brand, demand gen, product marketing, comms/PR, events, social.
- Work as a player‑coach: write killer copy, tweak slide/website design, run HubSpot workflows, and brief execs for CNBC hits.
- Partner with VP Sales, VP Product, CFO, and CEO on shared pipeline targets; iterate weekly based on hard data.
- Spin up thought‑leadership content and keep our executives on stage at every must‑attend conference.
- Stretch every marketing dollar, negotiate vendor contracts, and prove ROI on spend.
What You'll Bring
- 10–15 years of B2B marketing with at least three in leadership roles at Series A or B startups.
- A record of scaling revenue from “single‑digit millions” to “many tens of millions” through integrated programs.
- Portfolio of creative, high‑visibility campaigns that produced real pipeline and press.
- Hands‑on mastery of HubSpot/SFDC, Webflow, GA4, and paid channels like Google and LinkedIn.
- Sharp storytelling chops plus a designer’s eye—comfortable in Figma or Adobe.
- Data‑driven mindset and the ability to present insights to executives and the board.
- Low ego, high urgency, and comfort working directly with a GTM‑obsessed CEO.
Think you can light up every city in America with the Cyvl brand? Prove it.
1. Email your resume and a one‑page story of the boldest campaign you have ever run—what you did, why it mattered, and the results you drove.
2. Drop two links to work you are proud of (landing page, press hit, deck, video—your call).
3. Add three bullet ideas you would launch in your first 90 days to help us hit that $100 million pipeline target.
We review every submission personally and move fast. If you are the right fit, you will hear from us within a week. Let’s make Cyvl the most talked‑about name in infrastructure—starting now.
