Role Overview

We're seeking a strategic Director of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support aggressive revenue growth objectives. This is a remote leadership position perfect for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in building teams and driving results in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets 
  • Continue to build and scale the marketing team while providing leadership and mentorship 
  • Lead product launch campaigns and go-to-market strategies for new features and integrations 
  • Design and implement multi-channel demand generation programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels 
  • Develop account-based marketing strategies for target mid-market verticals 
  • Manage customer marketing initiatives, including User Groups, webinars, and community engagement 
  • Develop and execute channel partner marketing programs and co-marketing opportunities 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Channel, and Customer Success teams 
  • Establish marketing metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and ROI 

Required Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies 
  • 3+ years of marketing leadership experience managing teams and scaling marketing organizations 
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads with demonstrated ROI 
  • Track record of successful go-to-market execution in a B2B SaaS environment 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in the GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance technology space 
  • Background managing channel partner marketing programs and co-marketing initiatives 
  • Experience with outbound marketing strategies and vendor management 
  • Track record of building marketing teams from the ground up in growing SaaS companies
