Summary of Position
RYNO is seeking a Director of Marketing & Partnerships to lead B2B marketing strategy for our Home Services division. This role owns brand presence, partnerships, trade shows, and the content engine that drives awareness, credibility, and demand across the market. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record of marketing professional service providers at scale, specifically within a high-growth agency or vendor-side businesses. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for a marketing athlete, someone who can set strategy, create and direct content, and represent the company externally across industry events and partnerships.
You will shape how RYNO shows up in the Home Services ecosystem and build the systems that support consistent, high-impact storytelling at scale.
Position Responsibilities
- Scale the B2B Engine: Own and evolve the B2B marketing strategy for RYNO’s Home Services vertical, focusing on driving growth for professional service providers at scale.
- Strategic Brand Positioning: Define and maintain brand voice and positioning that establishes RYNO as the premier vendor/partner within the Home Services ecosystem.
- Content Production at Scale: Build and oversee a scalable content engine (video, social, thought leadership) designed to reach a national audience of service providers.
- Lead Industry Authority: Serve as the primary on-camera personality for interviews, panels, and industry-facing initiatives, representing the agency’s expertise.
- Creative Resource Management: Hire and manage a high-performing network of creative talent and vendors to build world-class production capabilities from the ground up.
- Strategic Event Impact: Own end-to-end trade show strategy, moving beyond attendance to securing main stage/panel slots and leveraging partnerships for maximum ROI.
- High-Level Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic vendor and industry partnerships that expand RYNO’s reach and market credibility.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue objectives and scalable lead generation.
- Performance Tracking: Translate brand and content strategy into measurable business impact, focusing on market penetration and vendor-side growth metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience marketing professional service providers at scale, with a deep background in high-growth agency or vendor-side business models
- Serve as the "face of the brand" with a proven track record of public speaking, including delivering keynotes, moderating large panels, and hosting industry-facing video events
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end trade show management,
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative, effective social media strategies
- Hands-on experience managing content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
- Experience marketing to the Home Services sector (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, or adjacent industries)
- Strong background in B2B marketing, brand development, and demand generation
- Comfortable on camera and in public-facing settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell clear, compelling stories
- Polished, credible presence when engaging with partners, customers, and industry stakeholders
- Proven experience building teams, systems, and processes from the ground up
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills with creative and production partners
