Role Overview:

Marketing Technology and Data Management

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stacks. 
  • Oversee the selection, integration and operations of these technologies incl. HubSpot, Lean Data, etc.
  • Collaborate with data science and FP&A teams to enable/support measurement of performance with high quality unambiguous data from these systems. 
  • Become the "AI Center of Excellence" for automating or augmenting marketing processes with emerging AI tools and SW to increase our productivity and speed.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management: 

  • Implement and support lead generation strategies to drive high quality leads through the marketing funnel.
  • Assist/collaborate with senior leadership and campaign teams to support effective execution of campaigns with accurate customer journeys, lead nurturing and conversion optimization to deliver highly qualified leads to sales. 
  • Partner with RevOps on lead routing and mass updates.

Marketing Planning: 

  • Facilitate planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive growth and customer acquisition per business goals. 

Design/Optimization of Marketing Processes and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Create and manage/facilitate workflows, processes, and planning and operating cadence of marketing. 
  • Foster collaboration within marketing and across orgs. Plan and MC marketing QBRs.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

  • Collaborate with data science and FP&A teams to build marketing metrics, performance dashboards and advanced analytical tools.
  • Ensure high accuracy and high-quality data, in particular, ensure correct attributions of leads to marketing sources and activities. 
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns and overall marketing ROI.
  • Support marketing budget management and forecasting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 10-15 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in marketing or business planning and operations with a GTM/marketing focus
  • Demonstrated & progressive success record in demand-generation and marketing planning and execution including web-based demand gen. 
  • Experience leading transformational and strategic programs
  • Experience with Marketing and Sales Platforms, incl. Lead Mgmt (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), workflow automation, webinar and event management platforms (Goldcast, Splash), visualization tools (Tableau), and database tools. Familiarity with modern AI tools and automations strategies is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration required with other marketing functions and Sales/Revenue Operations as well as Finance, Data Science & Analytics teams.
  • You should be able to manage several projects at once and drive cross-functional stakeholders to action with thoughtful plans and strategies. 
  • Attention to detail and responsiveness are key. 
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty when necessary, but with a view towards automating as many processes and workflows as possible. Prior experience and results with such automation programs are highly desirable.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced culture and isn’t afraid of change and ambiguity.
