Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & GTM Alignment:
- Define and execute the Nordic marketing strategy in alignment with the North regional priorities and global objectives.
- Partner with sales leadership across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland & Baltics to ensure marketing plans support go-to-market strategies and revenue goals.
- Scale with Local Impact:
- Develop scalable marketing programmes that can be deployed across the Nordics while maintaining local relevance and effectiveness.
- Drive consistency in execution while respecting cultural and market-specific nuances.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Nordic countries and the region, including sales, partners, and regional marketing teams.
- Act as the primary advocate for Nordic needs within the broader EMEA marketing organisation.
- Regional Alignment & Advocacy:
- Align closely with the North marketing strategy and lobby for resources and support to maximise impact in the Nordics.
- Represent Nordic priorities in regional planning forums and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Budget Management:
- Own and manage the Nordic marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Monitor spend effectiveness and report on ROI for all major initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within technology or SaaS industries.
- Proven ability to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive growth and pipeline acceleration.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple countries and functions.
- Expertise in budget planning and financial accountability.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
