Lead strategic marketing across the Americas and shape the future growth of Capco’s Financial Services and Energy businesses.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing and communications across the Americas region, with a focus on the United States, Brazil, Canada, and our North America Financial Services and Energy businesses.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Capco’s brand, strengthen market positioning, and generate measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Working closely with regional managing partners and senior business leaders, you will create innovative, thought leadership-led campaigns while driving collaboration across PR, digital marketing, employer branding, and events.

The ideal candidate will bring deep B2B marketing expertise, strong stakeholder management capability, and a hands-on approach to delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with regional managing partners and business leaders to develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across thought leadership, digital marketing, PR, events, and employer branding to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Build and strengthen Capco’s brand reputation across multiple markets, tailoring campaigns to regional and cultural nuances
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and ROI analysis
  • Lead and mentor a regional marketing team while collaborating with global marketing colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment across campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in senior marketing and communications leadership roles
  • Proven success developing integrated B2B marketing campaigns that support business growth and revenue generation
  • Strong experience within consulting, financial services, insurance, fintech, or related professional services environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams
  • Experience operating across multiple markets within the Americas, with a collaborative and commercially focused mindset
