You will also shape how influencer and social integrate across the broader marketing ecosystem, ensuring these channels operate as connected drivers of brand and business performance. You will partner cross-functionally and lead agency partners and a growing internal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Creative to evolve a distinct, ownable voice; serve as a creative bar-setter across all work
  • Translate performance into clear actions, improving engagement, growth, and brand impact over time
  • Strengthen community engagement, building meaningful, two-way interaction beyond campaigns

Technology & Operations

  • Identify and implement tools, platforms, and automation to improve efficiency, insight generation, and scalability
  • Balance technology with a thoughtful, human approach to creators and community
  • Build repeatable systems and processes that enable speed, consistency, and quality
  • Stay ahead of industry shifts, benchmarking against best-in-class brands and translating trends into action
  • Drive focus and prioritization, ensuring resources are deployed against highest-impact opportunities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, raising the bar on thinking, execution, and collaboration
  • Model strong leadership behaviors, bringing clarity, accountability, and consistency to ways of working
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Bring clear, well-informed POVs to leadership and elevate the function through strong communication
  • Partner with PR, Partnerships and Brand on high-visibility moments, ensuring thoughtful, brand-aligned responses

Who You Are

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Influencer, Social, or related fields, with a track record of leading at scale
