Primary Purpose
The Director of Process Standards & Training plays a critical role in shaping and sustaining operational excellence across the Commercial organization. This role partners closely with commercial leaders to map, document and train commercial processes and manage a framework of competency-based skills assessment and skills building for the ADUSA Commercial organization.
The Process Standards & Training team is responsible for the development, planning, and scheduling projects to document, train and standardize whenever possible commercial processes. They drive consistency, clarity and capability across the organization. This position is responsible for directing and overseeing the department staff's work as well as project coordination and reporting KPIs on all in-flight projects as well as developing strategic solutions through problem-solving skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Directs and oversees the ADUSA Process Standards & Training team, inclusive of teams supporting all Commercial Functions.
  • Make employment decisions (hire, promote, coach, development) and manage performance as well as develop PS&T bench strength to strategically support long term requirements.
  • Manages and assigns PS&T resources for multiple and complex commercial projects aligned with strategic and growth initiatives. Regularly interacts with Senior Management and/or business partner(s).
  • Leads the design and implementation of initiatives and project objectives to business strategy and prioritizes projects; accordingly, includes key stakeholders in process, as required. Facilitate strategic planning and tactical process improvement events.
  • Lead cross functional team to identify process improvement and standardization opportunities and works with leadership to prioritize & plan initiatives and training.
  • Present to executive leadership team on status and results of process standards and training initiatives. Participate in regular business review sessions with commercial leaders.
  • Provide regular reports of data and actions to measure progress against strategic business objectives.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentoring: must be able to translate all ADUSA commercial concepts and strategic objectives to local situations and help all levels of the organization develop understanding and application of tools and process for sustainable business growth and simplification through standardization.
  • Work with vertical leaders to establish Process Standards &Training goals.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of related work experience or 8-10 years of related work experience
  • Lean or Six Sigma experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Share Point, LMS and Excel
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information from a variety of sources.
  • Basic working knowledge/experience in influencing and consultative skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all levels of leadership and peers to ensure alignment and commitment.
  • A system thinker: partners to make decisions requiring cross-functional problem solving.
  • PROSCI change management certification
  • Highly collaborative, working effectively with a diverse work force, various personality types, and all levels within the organization.
  • Thrives in a high performing, creative environment.

Preferred Qualification(s)
  • Master's degree in Education or Organizational Development

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $161,600 - $242,400
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $185,840 - $278,760
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
