The Director of Identity and Access Management will lead strategy, engineering and operations of our enterprise program. This role is critical to ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable access for our workforce and partners. Successful candidates must be both a strategic leader and technical engineering leader, with a focus on solutions that meet compliance while also building cutting-edge practices and technologies. Must be able to develop partnerships across the security organization, business partners and engineering organizations.

Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand and develop the identity and access management standards, processes, and policies in alignment with regulatory controls and to enable the business. Track industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the program remains innovative and effective.

- 8-10 years leadership experience
- Effective communicator.
- Expertise managing identities and access across a federated environment with various external entities.
- Experience developing, engineering, architecting, and leading identity and access management operations and technologies.
- Experience building and leading high-performing, global teams.
- Experience with identity and access management platforms and best practices.
- Experience developing and complying with policies, standards, and processes.
- Experience in key IAM concepts and technologies (e.g. least privilege, privileged access, segregation of duties, role based access controls, attribute based access controls, conditional access, authentication, authorization, federation, multi-factor authentication, user provisioning, user attestation, secrets management, zero trust, and user lifecycle workflows).
- Experience managing authentication and authorization of user, device, and application identities.
- Ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
