JOB SUMMARY
- Lead all HR functions for the Managed Hotels portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and brand standards.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advice and solutions for business challenges, including talent strategies, compensation, and organizational design.
- Mentor and develop HR Managers and HR Business Partners; set goals and foster a culture of learning and inclusion.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a safe, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
- Oversee escalated employee relations cases, investigations, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Act as a change agent for new initiatives, driving adoption through communication and readiness planning.
- Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent development to ensure future readiness.
- Utilize HR data and market insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Oversee performance management processes and coach leaders to build strong, engaged teams.
- Serve as a key member of the Managed Hotels leadership team and contribute to enterprise-wide HR priorities.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role supporting multi-site operations.
- Proven ability to influence business strategy through HR solutions and lead high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in HR technologies, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in change management and driving results in complex, matrixed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $160,546 to $188,641.00 annually. In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).

Scottsdale, AZ — Located at the northwest corner of Loop 101, the Scottsdale office is home to our technology, eCommerce and customer service organizations, with easy access to complimentary parking, electronic charging stations, restaurants and retail.
Minneapolis, MN — Select roles are based in our Minneapolis office on Highway 394, near the intersection with Highway 100, only five minutes from downtown.
Field/Remote — Select roles designated as field/remote will require associates to work from a home office, connecting virtually with Choice team members and leadership on Zoom, with possible required travel depending on the role.
