Position Summary 

Kaseya is looking for a Director of Strategy, Planning, & Analytics to focus on strategic and operational initiatives impacting our customer base and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker with an operational bend; they love B2B tech and want to take a role in optimizing our growing business lines. They know how to utilize data-driven insights to shape company priorities and guide the work of multiple departments, not to mention hundreds of co-workers.

This role will support strategy for customer-facing functions, including New Customer Acquisition, Account Management, Marketing, and Product. The role reports directly to the VP of Strategy, Planning, & Analytics. This individual will help influence and drive the strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic and operational initiatives impacting our customer base and customer-facing teams
  • Develop and lead impactful, measurable strategies that drive revenue growth and meaningful interactions with customers
  • Lead workstreams with cross-functional teams as necessary to ensure we are bringing the best thinking to key initiatives
  • Manage special projects across functions and departments
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team with diverse strategy and analytics backgrounds as they execute on key projects and hunt for insights to drive company strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years’ experience in strategy, finance, investment banking / PE, or consulting
  • Expertise in recurring revenue business models is a must have; familiarity with B2B software is a plus
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with ability to work across multiple sources of data; Excel ninja
  • Deep familiarity with finance or financial analytics; able to apply a financial lens to all strategic decision-making
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience leading a team
  • MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field a plus
