The Role:

Solidus Labs is seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale Solidus’ growth marketing engine to drive efficient customer acquisition, activation, retention and expansion. This is a leadership role with accountability for paid acquisition, digital (SEO/GEO), field marketing and full-funnel performance optimisation. You’ll work in close partnership with Brand, PMM, Business Development, RevOps, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product and other teams. to align our Sales-led funnels into one cohesive growth engine. You’ll be accountable for turning strategy into measurable results.

The role is based in New York (hybrid), reporting to our Vice President of Marketing. You will lead an existing team of specialists within Digital and Field Marketing. 

About You:

  • The "In the Trenches" Leader: You don't just assign tasks; you remove roadblocks. Your style is defined by a willingness to roll up your sleeves alongside your team to troubleshoot a campaign or polish a field strategy, leading by example rather than by decree. You are comfortable setting the high-level strategy but are equally happy jumping into Linkedin Ads or an event brief to get the job done.
  • Action-Oriented: In the fast-moving world of digital assets, "done" is often better than "perfect." You move fast and iterate constantly.
  • Data-Obsessed: You make decisions based on performance and stats. You live and breathe hubspot dashboards and thrive on A/B testing and attribution models.
  • Empathetic Accountability: You lead with a high-support, high-challenge approach—giving your team the autonomy to own their channels while maintaining a rigorous standard for data-backed results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Efficient Customer Acquisition: Own paid channels, SEO/GEO, ABM programs, and website performance to generate high-quality demand at the right cost.
  • Optimise the Full Funnel: Set channel strategy, run experiments, allocate budget based on ROI and marketing attribution..
  • Bring creativity and innovation to our campaigns while executing at an exceptionally high level. 
  • Measure What Matters: Define metrics that reflect business impact, and use insights to guide investment decisions.
  • Build the Team: Lead and develop the growth marketing team, set high standards for execution, and create scalable ways of working.

What you bring:

  • At least 8 years of experience in senior growth or performance marketing roles in B2B SaaS (a MUST!). 
  • Previous experience as a direct manager of in-house marketing professionals (a MUST!)
  • Hands-on, intimate knowledge of marketing strategies from paid media, to digital and ABM. Specific hubspot and Linkedin Ads proficiency is a must. 
  • Demonstrable ability to meticulously analyze performance data and work cross-functionally to understand measurable impact of strategy and demand gen decisions.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Audacity to propose big, almost-too-ambitious, ideas and execute them

What you bring:

  • At least 8 years of experience in senior growth or performance marketing roles in B2B SaaS (a must) - FinTech or Crypto is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a direct manager of in-house marketing professionals (a MUST!)
  • Hands-on, intimate knowledge of marketing strategies from paid media, to digital and ABM.
  • Specific hubspot and Linkedin Ads proficiency is a must. 
  • Demonstrable ability to meticulously analyze performance data and work cross-functionally to understand measurable impact of strategy and demand gen decisions.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills
  • Audacity to propose big, almost-too-ambitious, ideas and execute them
