About the Role: 

Pager Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director, Growth Marketing to join our team.  As a key member of the marketing organization, you will serve as a strong strategic marketing partner and internal leader who excels at growth marketing strategy, design and delivery that drives growth and business outcomes.  You’ll be responsible for developing and executing B2B vertical and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, plans and campaigns for the Payer and Employer markets. You’ll own driving creation of compelling differentiated campaign messaging, materials, and developing and executing strategic integrated campaigns targeting lead generation and the support of revenue acquisition and retention goals.   You will straddle strategy, design and execution in this role, and have the experience and skills champion your campaigns from strategy through to execution and optimization.   

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead buyer journey growth marketing strategy, design and execution of omni-channel vertical campaigns that drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.  
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies and plan in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and leaders of Sales, Client Success, Solution Engineering, and Product teams.  
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to increase funnel volume using a wide variety of component initiatives. 
  • Support Growth and Customer Success through design and execution of deal-based marketing (DBM) campaigns for large deals, and for customer retention and renewals. 
  • Collaborate with Product marketing and Brand marketing team members to create compelling and differentiated marketing messaging and content for vertical, GTM, ABM and DBM campaigns 
  • Operationalize campaign strategy, design and execution to ensure growth across the buyer journey into verticals, and product launches.  
  • Increase funnel velocity in collaboration with Sales through custom strategy and asset creation that supports prospects taking next action.        
  • Stay engaged and in tune with customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape to help define and position Pager Health’s brand and products in the market and communicate value to payers and health systems.    
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to market the unique value propositions of Pager Health’s products and services and work with product marketing and sales teams to optimize GTM messaging and materials.   
  • Operationalize, track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth and product marketing initiatives, analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends, track ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts that drive brand awareness and top of funnel pipeline growth.     

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or related field), master’s degree preferred  
  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing strategy, design and execution, in roles of progressively increasing responsibility, within high-growth health-tech organizations 
  • Healthcare B2B marketing into Payers, Employers and Providers required 
  • Deep knowledge with how the US healthcare system operates, and complex buying cycles for payers, Employer Groups and Providers.    
  • Strong experience in all bound and integrated omni-channel campaign designs that leverage paid digital, events, content syndication, webinars and other strategic elements  
  • Proven experience in buyer journey marketing that drives leads towards top of funnel pipeline growth.     
  • 2+ years of experience leading growth marketing and collaborating with marketing team and stakeholders to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned to company goals and executed on time.         
  • Experienced in building buyer journey marketing playbooks and end-to-end Go-to-Market campaigns from the ground up, including account-based marketing (ABM) and B2B/Enterprise digital marketing  
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns, driving initiatives over the finish line

  • Ability to influence across internal stakeholders, and strong comfort level in collaborating across working streams 
  • Ferocious attention to detail     
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal  
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI  
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions 
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of programs, project management tools, and CRM systems including SFDC, Hub spot, Monday.com, Notion. 

 

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. The compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
