We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team:

At L2L, we’re reshaping the future of manufacturing by connecting people, data, and processes. As our Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll own the campaigns, automation, and optimization strategies that drive pipeline growth. You’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, and Product to deliver high-performing, data-driven programs that bring in qualified leads, accelerate conversion, and fuel company growth.

  1. Own and optimize demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
  2. Strengthen GTM execution by leveraging the latest technology, approaches, and best practices to maximize results.
  3. Deliver high-quality campaigns that convert across digital, offline, and event channels.
What You’ll Do:Campaign Execution & Pipeline Growth
  • Own pipeline targets and launch multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams on paid media, SEO, and integrated campaign strategy.
  • Build and manage automated nurture workflows, email sequences, and follow-ups in HubSpot.
  • Track results, analyze performance, and optimize to improve conversion and ROI.
  • Balance strategic direction with hands-on execution; rolling up sleeves to deliver results.
GTM Enablement & Marketing Automation
  • Create campaign briefs with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate across Product Marketing, Content, and Sales to ensure aligned and on-time launches.
  • Build lifecycle programs that engage prospects throughout the funnel.
  • Manage tracking, tagging, and dashboards to measure performance and inform decision-making.
  • Leverage data insights to continuously improve pipeline, conversion, and ROI metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Event Marketing
  • Partner with Content and Product Marketing to ensure that they build assets that support GTM campaigns.
  • Execute webinars and events end-to-end, from planning and promotion to post-event follow-up.
  • Create landing pages, direct mail programs, and campaign copy that convert.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to ensure lead quality, alignment, and consistent handoff.
  • Mentor and guide SDRs and growth team members, fostering alignment and skill development.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline outcomes and delivering measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand gen tactics, campaign management, and funnel metrics.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative, proactive approach.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot is a plus 
Preferred locations: 

L2L practices a remote-first approach while offering office space in Burlington, MA. Due to the collaborative nature of this role, we are looking for someone who can commute to the Burlington, MA office 1x per week.
