Our growth and demand generation team sits in the driver’s seat at Learning A-Z. This team holds the keys to our customer-centric campaign strategy, channel ownership, and tactical execution that deliver sustained and predictable revenue growth for the company in both direct e-commerce revenue and the creation of new B2B opportunities for our sales partners. The Director of Growth & Demand Generation leads a team of campaign and channel marketing managers and is accountable for revenue achievement and leading indicator KPIs that result in new business opportunities. This role, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, is a key partner to sales leadership and collaborates effectively with other marketing leaders to successfully achieve company growth targets.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies to drive B2C customer acquisition and B2B demand generation, generating sustainable revenue growth for Learning A-Z. This role requires excellent people leadership, cross-functional collaboration, a deep understanding of integrated omnichannel marketing campaign strategy, data analytics, and customer journey optimization.

  • Uniquely owns LAZ global campaign strategy and tactics that maximize conversion on revenue performance KPIs, including marketing inbound demand generation, marketing contributed revenue and e-commerce revenue.
  • Develop and implement a holistic growth strategy that aligns with business priorities and drives demand across various channels with predictable ROI
  • Create, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that effectively engage target audiences and generate qualified leads with optimal conversion performance to create sales opportunities.
  • Leads a dynamic campaign team of multiple senior and manager-level marketing professionals.
  • Utilize analytics and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, track performance metrics, and implement a best practice approach to continuous improvement across campaign strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with sales leadership, product marketing, and marketing creative services teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline processes and enhance lead nurturing and scoring efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to inform growth strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in marketing or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in a SaaS business - experience in EdTech is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience optimizing the performance of buyer journey activation across touchpoints
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
