Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease.

Job overview:

Omada Health is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to help us win in GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health. This role supports our new program development marketing, including GLP-1 solutions, with an emphasis on differentiated positioning, commercial execution, and bringing new offerings to market. This is a hands-on player-coach role with one direct report. Your primary focus will be leading strategy and personally delivering high-impact work, complemented by focused coaching and development of a product marketer.

You will be a strategic partner to commercial, product, and clinical leadership, translating buyer needs, competitive dynamics, and field insights into a clear, compelling reason to choose Omada. You will own product messaging, go-to-market strategy, and support sales enablement, helping our teams connect the right offering and value story to each buyer’s priorities. Your highest priorities will be buyer and offer clarity through developing positioning and value stories by segment and asset development with a fast market-to-field feedback loop that increases selling effectiveness.

At the center of this role is a continuous feedback loop between the field and our value story. You will work closely with sales, consultant relations, and other channel and customer-facing teams to understand what resonates and why we win or lose. You will turn those insights into stronger messaging, more effective sales tools, and recommendations that inform product and commercial strategy, then bring those improvements back to the field and assess what works.

About you:
  • Relevant experience: 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in healthcare and life sciences. Experience in virtual care, digital health, health plans, PBMs, or pharma is preferred.
  • Commercial judgment: A track record of shaping product marketing strategies that help sales teams compete and win in complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes. You understand how employers, health plans, PBMs, and benefits consultants evaluate clinical and economic value.
  • Product marketing craft: Demonstrated strength in buyer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, go-to-market planning, product launches, and sales enablement.
  • Strategic and hands-on execution: You can set a clear direction and personally build the presentation, business case narrative, competitive response, or launch messaging needed to move the work forward. You've done this on a lean team, delivering field-ready work in weeks, not quarters.
  • Field partnership: Experience working directly with sales and customer-facing teams to turn deal-level feedback into actionable insights, stronger value stories, and repeatable approaches to selling.
  • Compelling storytelling: The ability to translate complex clinical, product, and economic information into clear, credible content tailored to different buyers and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional leadership: The ability to influence decisions, facilitate productive feedback, and align teams across commercial, product, clinical, and marketing without relying on formal authority.
  • People development: Experience directly managing and developing marketing talent, with a willingness to balance coaching one direct report with substantial individual contribution.
  • Measurement: Experience defining KPIs and using qualitative and quantitative feedback to assess buyer understanding, field readiness, competitive conversion, and adoption, rather than simply counting materials produced.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Your impact:

You will help turn Omada’s GLP-1 and cardiometabolic strategy into a differentiated commercial story that drives selling effectiveness. Success means buyers understand our value, the field is equipped to win the right opportunities, and eligible members receive a clear, consistent explanation of the care available to them.

Market sensing that drives action:
  • Run a regular win/loss forum that incorporates competitive feedback.
  • Facilitate a fast feedback loop across Sales, Consultant Relations, channel teams, Product Marketing, and Strategy. Translate signals into clear recommendations about what has changed and what we should do differently, not simply market updates.
  • Partner with Product and Clinical to translate programs and analysis into messaging implications.
  • Close the loop by bringing updated messaging and tools back to the field, pilot in select deals, and using the results to guide further improvements.
Buyer segmentation and differentiated positioning:
  • Set annual product marketing priorities for how Omada wins in GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health: who we target, which problems we solve, and why buyers should choose us over alternatives.
  • Work through a broader B2B and Brand Marketing organization to drive awareness of your program segments and strategy
  • Develop distinct value stories for employers covering GLP-1s and those not covering them, and for buyers prioritizing cost management versus population health. Support segment adaptation for consultant and payers.
  • Maintain one coherent Omada portfolio narrative, with differentiated reasons to buy across audiences, offerings, and channels.
  • Partner with Clinical and Thought Leadership to translate evidence into relevant proof points and identify evidence gaps that matter to purchasing decisions.
Offer clarity and the buyer business case:
  • Turn capabilities into understandable, purchasable offers that clearly explain what is included, who qualifies, how access works, who pays, and what value is supported by evidence.
  • Co-develop packaging and pricing recommendations, comparison and business-case tools, and guarantee messaging with Product, Finance, Strategy, and commercial partners.
  • Ensure clinical and economic claims are clear and credible, explicitly distinguishing observed results from modeled savings and explaining relevant assumptions and limitations.
Sales and channel effectiveness:
  • Personally build and refine the narrative, pitch decks, discovery guides, competitive responses, proof points, and support business-case tools that help the field sell effectively.
  • Partner with sales leaders on priority opportunities, tailoring the value story and addressing clinical, operational, and economic objections. Turn successful approaches into repeatable tools and practices.
  • Equip consultants, PBMs, and other channel partners with a compelling reason and a practical way to sell Omada, including channel-specific messaging, use cases, and materials that fit their selling process.
  • Partner with Customer Effectiveness on practical training, and test messaging and tools in real buyer conversations rather than treating delivery of an asset as the finish line.
Launch readiness and continuous adaptation:
  • Support commercial readiness for new GLP-1 and cardiometabolic offerings, not just announcement day, aligning the offer, messaging, evidence, training, channel materials, and member communications.
  • Lead product marketing’s launch planning and post-launch optimization, with clear cross-functional responsibilities and feedback from early selling and member experiences.
  • Keep messaging and tools current as capabilities, evidence, and market conditions change.
Lead as a player-coach:
  • Manage and develop one product marketer, setting clear priorities, providing regular feedback, and supporting growth.
  • Maintain direct ownership of strategic initiatives and core deliverables, modeling strong product marketing craft and close partnership with the field.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Employee stock purchasing plan (ESPP)
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!
