The Director, Global Partner Programs will lead the design and execution of a partner program framework and related initiatives that strengthen and expand our Partner ecosystem.
Success in this role requires close cross-functional collaboration to build, evolve, and optimize a world-class Partner Program, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and our partners to drive maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and Execute Program Strategy: Develop a clear, scalable vision for the global partner program aligned with business goals and GTM strategies. Launch initiatives that drive partner engagement, growth, and long-term success.
- Design and Manage Program Structure: Evolve partner tiers, benefits, incentives, to support various partner types and go-to-market models.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Engage closely with partner operations to implement governance, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks. Continuously improve program efficiency and partner experience through data-driven insights.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to deliver a unified partner experience.
- Enhance Partner Engagement: Lead partner events, advisory councils, and feedback loops to strengthen relationships and evolve the program based on partner and stakeholder input.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed on industry developments and competitive landscapes to keep the program innovative and relevant.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven experience in partner program management, channel strategy, or a related field.
- Ability to think strategically while managing operational details.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience of working with partners, proven ability to build relationships outside of organizational structures to drive execution.
- Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years professional experience
