In this high-growth, execution-focused company, the Director of Global Partner Operations will support our Partner Organization through process improvement, operational execution, and strategic operational and commercial guidance. This is an opportunity to partner closely with executives and senior leadership to help shape the growth trajectory of a fast-growing, market-leading, pre-IPO software company. 

In this position you’ll report to the Senior Director, Global Revenue Operations. 

We work on a hybrid model (3 days in-office) for opportunities at our office locations. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead and grow a global Partner Operations team, providing mentorship and performance management.  

  • Collaborate with GTM Operations and Partner leadership to define and execute operational strategies that support channel growth.  

  • Drive annual planning processes focused on performance targets across teams, regions, and product lines.  

  • Lead regular business reviews with Partner Leadership, delivering actionable insights from forecast and pipeline analysis.  

  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve partner productivity and performance.  

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline partner engagement and operational workflows.  

  • Oversee partner onboarding and deal registration processes, including ownership of partner platform requirements.  

  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, scorecards, and quarterly business reviews.  

  • Partner with Sales, GTM Ops, and FP&A to build productivity models that inform resourcing decisions.  

  • Ensure strong communication and alignment with Partner Marketing and other cross-functional teams.  

  • Own internal rules of engagement and attribution models to guide collaboration across field teams.  

  • Promote operational excellence through best practice sharing and process optimization across the Revenue organization.  

  • Deliver timely and structured communication to stakeholders across the business.  

  • Work closely with Business Applications teams to design and enhance operational workflows. 

 

Qualifications  

 

Experience & Leadership 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a publicly traded or $100M+ ARR SaaS company. 

  • 5+ years in strategic Partner operations and field enablement. 

  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams. 

 

Technical & Analytical Skills 

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data modeling and performance analysis. 

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS). 

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, Clari, or Power BI. 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Experience working with Partner teams, Sales, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Operations. 

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with system architects and BI teams. 

 

Communication & Execution 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. 

  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executives. 

  • Self-starter with a customer-focused mindset and problem-solving orientation.
