The Opportunity
Due to the rapid growth of our marketing team, we are looking for a Director of Global Field & Event Marketing. You'll report into the Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing and be a key part of the marketing leadership team, managing a global team of marketers driving demand for Immersive Labs products.
You will own the development and execution of our field marketing plans, allocate and manage our revenue marketing budget and provide strategic guidance and leadership to our field marketers with the aim of creating net-new sales opportunities, accelerating growth and increasing brand awareness to drive leads for Immersive Labs products and services.

What You'll Do
Translate company objectives into a comprehensive demand generation strategy with corresponding key performance indicators that grows our overall audience and engages, nurtures, and converts prospects
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership to create and refine customer segments/personas in order to build campaigns that resonate with the target audience that originate new business as well as accelerate sales cycle
Partner with sales teams on strategy, targeting and field initiatives via day to day engagement with sales representatives and leaders.
Responsible for demand generation through marketing activities; including third party programming (e.g. content programs) field and partner events.
Partner closely with marketing ops, digital, product, content and branding teams to ensure strategy and metrics are aligned
Manage demand generation budget and expenditures to achieve overall growth and return on investment targets
Build, manage, and coach a team of highly-talented marketing professionals across demand generation, field marketing, campaign marketing, and digital marketing
Who You Are
Deep domain experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics
Demonstrable experience establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment
Proven demonstration of pipeline growth and lead generation
Be able to operate in a player-coach role when needed to help problem solve and develop talent
Naturally inquisitive, analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Immersive’s commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices means that our compensation & benefits team prices each individual role before it is opened. Each team member is eligible for a compensation plan made up of a base salary + bonus (either annual or variable commission, depending on role) + equity. We expect most candidates for this position to fall within a base salary range of $179,500 - $230,625, though the specific package will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience.
