As the Director of Global Demand Generation, you will lead Lansweeper's global pipeline generation strategy across all go-to-market motions, audiences, and regions. From campaign strategy to pipeline reporting, you'll orchestrate global programs that drive new logo acquisition and expand customer revenue worldwide.
Your mission is to design, orchestrate, and optimize high-performing campaigns and partner initiatives that drive repeatable results and enable sales to achieve their goals.
What you'll do
- Own the strategy: Define and manage Lansweeper's global demand generation strategy and campaign calendar across new logo acquisition and customer upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion.
- Lead across audiences: Drive campaigns for our three key motions - IT organizations, Managed Service Providers (recruit & resell), and Independent Software Vendors (recruit and sell-through).
- Collaborate across teams: Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Partner teams, and other areas within the marketing team to ensure campaigns are tied directly to revenue outcomes.
- Elevate the team: Lead, coach, and grow a global demand gen team (currently eight team members), creating playbooks and governance that make growth repeatable.
- Optimize relentlessly: Monitor campaign performance, conversion, and ROI - and use data to fine-tune every step of the funnel.
- Shape the future: Help Lansweeper evolve from a product-led motion into a hybrid product + sales-led strategy.
What you bring
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 5+ leading demand generation at scale.
- A proven track record of building integrated, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, digital, events, partner/VAR marketing) that deliver measurable pipeline impact.
- Deep experience with funnel governance, campaign attribution, and pipeline reporting.
- Strength in both vision and execution - from setting strategy to getting into the details with your team.
- A collaborative leadership style that drives alignment across regions and functions.
- Nice to have: Experience with Atlassian ecosystem partners or similar software/VAR partner ecosystems.
What success looks like
- Global pipeline targets consistently hit - across all audiences and regions.
- Faster lead-to-opportunity velocity and improved conversion rates.
- Scalable campaigns, clear playbooks, and a demand gen engine that accelerates Lansweeper's growth worldwide.
Why you'll love it here
- A chance to shape the growth story of a rapidly scaling SaaS company.
- High visibility and ownership in a global leadership role.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and development opportunities.
- A collaborative, hybrid environment in our Northwest Austin office (near the Arboretum area).
