  • Team Leadership & Upskilling: Lead, mentor, and cross-train an internal team of two direct reports (Systems Administrator and Analytics Specialist), keeping morale high and expanding their skill sets during platform changes.

  • People Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and upskill technical team members through organizational change and software transitions.
  • Modern Analytics Stack: Working knowledge of modern data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, data warehousing, or automation tools, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders.
