As a Director of Reporting in our New York office, you will play a vital role in driving corporate-level planning initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with the CFO, VP of Planning, VP of Finance and Executive team to manage the company's planning cycle, conduct financial analysis, and present strategic insights to inform key business decisions. Most importantly, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial reporting aligns with the company's long-term vision and operational needs. 

 To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • 7+ years experience working in a global, in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least some US based experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related field
  • Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Experience and ability to relay financial information, reports and findings to non-financial staff and stakeholders - including C-Suite executives and Board Members
  • Proficiency with excel/google sheets
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Bonus points if you have:
  • CPA or equivalent
How you’ll make an impact:
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership on all reporting matters, both internal and external
  • Contribute to the process of evaluating and approving product, business and operations stats to be shared externally.
  • Analyze analyst and investor commentary on the company, as well as industry trends and practices. Communicate relevant insights to the IR team and leadership
  • Coordinate Board, Quarterly, and annual Public filings as well as regularly present forecasts to Senior Executive Team
  • Partner with the Investor Relations team to develop models and investor collateral
  • Contribute to the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning cycles
  • Benchmark reporting data to external peers, continuously enhancing Finance-led initiatives around business performance measurement
  • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making within the finance team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc business reporting and analysis as needed

The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $150,000$180,000 USD
