What You'll Bring:
12 + years of experience in banking and/or consulting, preferably with analytic expertise
Bachelors degree required preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or a business or analytic discipline.
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Direct high-impact consulting and analytics projects, demonstrating thought leadership and a strategic mindset across financial services, including Cards, Retail, Consumer Lending, and Small Business.
Client & Executive Engagement: Build and manage strong client relationships, operating effectively at the C-suite level with a focus on delivering strategic marketing and product development insights across multiple channels.
Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and grow high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring accountability and excellence in execution.
Business & Financial Acumen: Oversee significant P&L responsibilities, applying strong business judgment, financial planning, and quantitative analysis to drive performance and decision-making.
Communication & Execution Excellence: Translate complex concepts into actionable strategies with strong verbal and written communication skills, while managing multiple priorities with urgency, precision, and adaptability.
Impact You'll Make:
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering engagement, collaboration, and accountability across multiple functions and initiatives.
Client Strategy & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to Financial Services clients, delivering strategic analytics, actionable recommendations, and implementation support while maintaining and growing executive-level relationships.
P&L Ownership & Business Growth: Manage a significant P&L with full accountability for revenue generation, pricing decisions, proposal development, and overall business growth, including client retention and NPS performance.
Product & Market Innovation: Drive the introduction of new and enhanced products and services, leveraging deep industry knowledge and market insights to shape client strategies and competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Influence & Resource Prioritization: Collaborate across teams and levels of the organization to align priorities, allocate resources effectively, and influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
Strategic Problem Solving & Thought Leadership: Lead complex consulting and analytics projects, solving high-impact business challenges and contributing to the development of forward-looking strategies for clients in Cards, Retail Banking, Lending, and Small Business.
This role will act as one of the leaders of the Argus Advisory Team and is responsible for Client Relationship Management, Market Development Strategy and Thought-Leadership for the overall Argus Business. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across sales, technology, the Financial Services Line of Business and Solutions. The role will manage a team of senior managers and analysts. The Director will have the opportunity to lead multiple critical areas within the Argus business.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150,100.00 - $225,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
