The Role:  

We are seeking a Finance Director supporting the Global Supply Chain and Quality (GOSCQ) organization to join our team. Responsible for leading Finance efforts to drive business performance improvements of the GOSCQ organization for the Advanced Purity Solutions.  This role will be reporting directly to the VP Finance GOSCQ, and partner with the VP GOSCQ Division, as well as be a key partner to the Advanced Purity Solutions Finance team.   This position will play an instrumental role in delivering on the financial goals and strategy of the GOSCQ organization and will be a key member of the finance organization.   

 

About New Division: 

Advanced Purity Solutions provides the purity solutions necessary for materials to be utilized in revolutionary ways by our customers.  Advanced Purity Solutions offers advanced filtration solutions that improve customers’ yield, device reliability and cost by filtering and purifying critical liquid chemistries and gases used in semiconductor manufacturing processes and other high-technology industries.  APS also develops solutions that improve customers’ yields by monitoring, protecting, and transporting critical materials including liquid chemistries, wafers, and other substrates during manufacturing, transportation, and storage. 

 

 What You’ll Do:  

  • Accountable for the financial results of the NEWDIVISION global manufacturing network 

  • Lead the Productivity Governance board for the NEWDIVISION Division 

  • Influence the S&OP process to fully align Supply Volume expectations and finance objectives to maximize capacity utilization and balance inventory levels  

  • Lead month closing, forecasting and AOP cycles, for Advanced Purity Solutions GOSCQ Division 

  • Lead processes improvement efforts to accurately predict and improve financial results  

  • Develop an operating system to drive efficient capital allocation Partner with Division and the Corporate team to improve Inventory management  optimizing use of cash flow 

  • Drive communication and collaboration across the GOSCQ and Division finance to ensure common forecasting processes, greater insight into key assumptions, and visibility into risk and opportunities  

  • Partner with GOSCQ leadership to determine set of Operational KPIs and targets to achieve financial goals 

  • Attract, retain and develop a high-performance team 

  • Lead activities developing financial acumen across GOSCQ organization 

  • Ensure full adherence of financial processes to internal policies, and promote implementation of new policies where/when needed 

 
What We Seek:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or highly related field (Graduate Degree desired)  

  • 10+ years experience with track record of increasing responsibilities in Operations or Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, or other financial leadership roles  

  • Preferably experience in the advanced manufacturing or technology industries  

  • Experience managing teams structured in multiple locations; global experience is desirable 

  • Proficient, to advanced, SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP BPC and/or OneStream a plus  

  • Proficient knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
