Seekr is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead the expansion of our enterprise AI platform across strategic industries and major accounts. This role is designed for a high-performing enterprise seller and team builder who thrives in complex sales environments and translates cutting-edge AI technologies into real business outcomes for large organizations.
The Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for driving enterprise growth, building and leading a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, and establishing Seekr as the trusted AI platform for organizations navigating digital transformation. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise sales strategy, AI and machine learning technologies, and the ability to engage executive stakeholders across technical, operational, and business leadership.
You will work closely with executive leadership, solutions architecture, product teams, and strategic partners to expand Seekr’s presence within Fortune 1000 organizations across industries such as media and advertising, financial services, healthcare, industrial, pharmaceutical, transportation, and retail.
This role demands a disciplined operator capable of scaling an enterprise pipeline, executing complex deal cycles, mentoring high-performing sellers, and building repeatable go-to-market motions around Seekr’s AI platform.
ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Revenue Leadership
- Own enterprise revenue generation within the assigned territory and strategic accounts
- Build, lead, and scale a high performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
- Drive disciplined enterprise sales execution, including account planning, pipeline development, and forecasting
- Develop and implement strategic go-to-market initiatives focused on enterprise AI adoption
Strategic Account Development
- Engage C-level executives, technical leaders, and operational stakeholders to align Seekr solutions with enterprise transformation initiatives
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving AI platforms, machine learning workflows, and data infrastructure
- Develop long-term account strategies to expand adoption across business units and departments
Market Expansion and Pipeline Growth
- Identify and pursue greenfield enterprise opportunities within Seekr’s targeted industries
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities through strategic outreach, executive engagement, and partner collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop targeted enterprise campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with solutions architecture and forward-deployed engineering teams to align technical delivery with enterprise customer needs
- Provide market feedback to product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on enterprise demand
- Serve as the voice of the enterprise customer inside the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 to 12 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with a focus on AI, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or advanced analytics
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams or managing strategic enterprise sellers
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with Fortune 1000 organizations
- Experience selling technically complex solutions such as artificial intelligence, machine learning platforms, big data analytics, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong experience building and managing strategic partnerships with cloud providers and enterprise ecosystem partners
- Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise account strategies and execute multi-year growth plans
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value
- Experience operating in fast-paced emerging technology markets and scaling new product adoption
- Building a scalable enterprise sales motion that consistently delivers new enterprise customers
- Growing strategic accounts through multi department AI adoption
- Developing a high performing enterprise sales team capable of navigating complex enterprise environments
- Establishing Seekr as a trusted AI platform for enterprises requiring trustworthy, auditable, and explainable AI
