Position Overview:
Dwolla is looking for a driven, high-performing enterprise sales professional to join our fast-growing fintech startup! This is a senior individual contributor, high impact role for a true hunter - someone who thrives on building pipelines, leading executive-level conversations, and consistently exceeding quota.

You’ll be on the front lines of Dwolla’s growth - selling our API-first payments and open banking solutions directly to enterprise and mid-market clients.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of net-new enterprise accounts ($50M+ revenue)
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers
  • Deliver compelling ROI-driven business cases
  • Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams
  • Forecast with accuracy and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of enterprise outbound sales experience with proven overachievement
  • Success selling B2B SaaS, or API-based payments solutions
  • Deep understanding of ACH, RTP, FedNow, Visa Direct, Mastercard Move, and Open Banking APIs
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Bonus Points For: 
  • Experience shaping sales playbooks or GTM strategies
  • Salesforce and analytics expertise
  • Degree in Business or related field
