The Director, Enterprise Marketing is a strategic, outcomes-driven B2B marketing leader who will help us accelerate sales pipeline growth and acquire new Enterprise decision makers for our Demand Sales team. This role will be instrumental in driving growth within Fortune 1000 organizations at ezCater, leading a comprehensive strategy across Account Based Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing for our Enterprise products and services.

You and your team are accountable for generating qualified pipeline, attracting and nurturing opportunities, and expanding share of wallet within Corporate Accounts. As a key partner to Sales and Product, you’ll increase pipeline velocity, elevate sales effectiveness, and shape our Enterprise go-to-market to maximize demand capture in 2026 and beyond.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a team of B2B marketers to deliver against audacious goals
  • Drive a comprehensive marketing strategy across Demand Generation, Account Based Marketing, and Enterprise Product Marketing
  • Partner with our in-house performance marketing team to scale our pipeline contribution through a multi-channel demand generation engine (ABM, content, paid media, direct mail, and SEM), testing into new media channels and identifying high-impact growth levers
  • Collaborate with our Lifecycle Marketing team to identify and deploy account-based activation and expansion programs within our managed accounts
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to influence and drive the Enterprise GTM strategy
  • Partner with the sales team to increase sales velocity and effectiveness, delivering programs that support our BDR and AE teams

What You Have:

  • 10+ years in building and scaling B2B marketing programs, ideally in roles of increasing responsibility, preferably for tech solutions
  • Proven success in building a sales pipeline via integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, and a track record of successful collaboration with sales and product teams
  • Fluency in Account Based Marketing strategy, execution, and measurement
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and dig in when needed
  • A healthy amount of customer empathy and the ability to understand (and explain to others) the unique roles and motivations in our B2B buying process
  • Strong leadership experience, including managing people and cross-functional initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • A “figure it out” mentality that drives you to take ownership in the face of ambiguity. You’re not afraid to fail and do better the next time

The national cash compensation range for this role is $187,000-$260,000*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).

Please have fun with the Cover Letter portion of the application! It does not need to follow “traditional” cover letter guidelines - we would love for you to write 150-500 words explaining why you are interested in ezCater and the role, and highlighting anything else you think we should know!

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
