- Oversee the development and execution of BI tooling & infrastructure, supporting key business areas including finance, actuarial, market performance management, growth and clinical operations.
- Enable and streamline Medical Cost Trend analytics and Medical Economics workflows and processes.
- Lead the strategy of our company-wide reporting platform and physician analytics tools.
- Enable and maintain streamlined workflows for operational reporting to maintain a clear line of sight on strategic priorities.
- Engage with stakeholders, including physician leadership, to gather feedback and integrate it into BI solutions, tools and strategies.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and usability, developing data governance architecture to ensure the integrity of reporting across the platform.
- Direct a diverse team of BI professionals, fostering a culture of agility, clear communication, and continuous learning.
- Innovate on and manage the Physician Insights platform, enhancing physician engagement and performance through advanced analytics.
- Streamline and automate complex analytics and infrastructure using automation for better performance and more in-depth insights.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Experience
- 8+ years leading a team working directly with data in an analytical or developmental capacity to meet business needs
- 8+ years working in the Healthcare data space (Payer, Provider, or similar)
- Expertise in healthcare data, particularly Medicare Advantage and value-based care models, operational & quality metrics, and Medical economics
- Highly proficient in SQL and data modeling
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience using multiple BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc)
- Relevant experience related to Quality of care performance, operational performance, Risk and Burden of Illness, Total cost of care trending and analysis.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, computer science or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal to work with multiple internal and external clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
- Ability to create and maintain technical and presentational documentation with MS Office, Google Docs, Atlassian or similar tools.
