Revvity is embarking on a multi-year digital transformation journey to modernize our technology platforms and simplify our business processes.  We are seeking an experienced Program Director to help govern and execute multiple digital initiatives.  This is a high visibility, high impact program and one of key pillars of Revvity’s Transformation journey.

The Program Director will play a critical role in advancing the digital initiatives, with accountability for helping manage the Digital Roadmap, budgets, schedule, risk and progress.  You will help plan and govern multiple workstreams across various functions, by understanding requirements, complex interdependencies, working closely with business partners and system integrators. You will work with cross-functional teams, aligning digital transformation objectives with business stakeholder needs.  

The role will report into Head of Digital Transformation and will be based out of Waltham, MA. *Option for Hybrid work situation, with 3 days/week in office.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders, managing their expectations, and addressing concerns throughout the transformation process. 

  • Work with functional leaders to build portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning, and impactful outcomes.

  • Prioritize and roadmap projects with business partners, articulating business impact and building execution plan.

  • Coordinate with technology leaders, functional leaders, system integrators, software vendors to assess, plan, solution and execute the digital initiatives.

  • Develop comprehensive road maps for the overall program with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Monitor and mitigate to manage risk and strengthening controls across multiple workstreams under the program.

  • Coordinating with different teams across the organization to ensure alignment and smooth integration of transformation initiatives. 

  • Establishing clear and consistent communication channels to keep stakeholders informed about project updates, progress, and potential impacts. 

  • Leading change management activities, including communication strategies, training programs, and resistance management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. 

  • Communicate overall health of program including workstreams progress, risk to deliverables, mitigation options and project spend to project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to keep everyone informed about project status and delivery impact. 

  • Staying abreast of emerging technologies and adapting project plans as needed to address changing business needs. 

Experience & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience within project management, change management, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, leadership abilities, adaptability to new technologies, and a deep understanding of business operations, with the ability to navigate complex organizational cultures and drive digital initiatives across different teams. 

Basic Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field 

  • 7+ years of experience leading high visibility, large multi-year, multi million dollars, digital transformation programs.

  • 12+ years of experience leading projects in the areas of ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • MBA degree is preferred

  • Relevant certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or change management certifications can be beneficial. 

  • Ability to influence without authority. Flexible, adaptable and resourceful when overseeing and managing workstreams with multiple deliverables.

  • Motivated to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence program outcomes.

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and budget control. 

  • Ability to lead organizational change, manage resistance, and effectively communicate the benefits of new digital initiatives. 

  • Capability to develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals, identifying opportunities and potential challenges. 

  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels including C-suite, build consensus, and inspire teams throughout the transformation process. 

  • Awareness of emerging technologies, cloud computing, data analytics, machine learning, AI and other digital tools relevant to the transformation. 

  • Deep understanding of business operations, processes, and key performance indicators to measure the impact of digital initiatives.
