Position Summary

The Director of Digital & Product Management leads ACCC’s digital product strategy and is accountable for ensuring the organizations digital products, platforms, and experiences support its strategic, operational, and client-service objectives.

This role owns the digital product roadmap and provides leadership across the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through design, development, testing, implementation, adoption, performance management, and continuous improvement. The Director serves as the primary connection between ACCC’s business areas and Information Technology, ensuring that business needs are translated into well-defined, user-centered, compliant, and measurable digital solutions.

Operating within ACCCs operating system, the Director owns the Digital & Product Management function on the accountability chart and is responsible for establishing clear priorities, rocks, scorecard measures, operating rhythms, and team accountabilities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain ACCC’s digital product vision, strategy, multiyear roadmap, translating organizational priorities, client needs, and operational needs into actionable initiatives.

•Establish product goals, business outcomes, success measures, and value propositions in partnership with business leaders.

•Lead a structured process for evaluating, prioritizing and managing digital product requests based on strategic alignment, user impact, risk, effort, and expected value.

•Balance new product development with enhancements, regulatory requirements, technical dependencies, platform maintenance, and defect resolution.

•Identify opportunities to improve digital client experiences, employee tools, self-service capabilities, and operational workflows.

•Partner with IT to assess feasibility, define and document requirements, manage dependencies, and support delivery.

•Oversee user acceptance testing, launch readiness, communications, training coordination, implementation, and post-launch support.

•Monitor product performance, adoption, user feedback, and business impact, using results to drive continuous improvement.

•Maintain visibility into product priorities, active initiatives, risks, dependencies, and progress, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.

•Lead, coach, and develop the Digital & Product Management team.

•Support vendor evaluations and partnerships related to digital products and platforms.

•Ensure digital products incorporate accessibility, privacy, security, compliance, and operational considerations.

MA Pay Transparency Salary: $150,000


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications Required:

•Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, technology, digital strategy, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

•8+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, digital transformation, or related discipline.

•Demonstrated experience leading digital products from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.

•Experience managing teams and leading cross functional initiatives.

•Strong understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, testing, implementation, and product performance measurement.

•Experience partnering with technology, operations, marketing, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

•Experience in financial services, consumer services, fintech, nonprofit organizations, or another regulated environment is preferred.

•Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management skills, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred:

•Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy, manage digital roadmaps, and lead products through the full lifecycle.

•Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

•Ability to translate business needs, user feedback, and operational challenges into clear product requirements and actionable priorities.

•Experience with digital platforms, web and mobile products, self-service tools, workflow automation, testing, and product performance measurement.

•Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, with an understanding of user experience, accessibility, privacy, security, and compliance considerations.

•Familiarity with EOS or similar business operating systems.

Essential Functions

•This position requires on-site presence at the Newton, MA headquarters, four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day per week.
