We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Demand Generation to accelerate our growth trajectory. This role is responsible for architecting, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to help us achieve our steep growth goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling demand generation engines in a B2B environment. This individual will be a strategic leader who can move beyond traditional channels to create a modern, high-impact marketing mix.
Responsibilities:

As the Director, Demand Generation, you will:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven, cross-channel demand generation strategy to significantly increase qualified pipeline and revenue.
  •  Take direct ownership of scaling marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and pipeline generation across all marketing channels to meet aggressive business targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement by rigorously testing new channels, optimizing existing campaigns, and enhancing the quality of leads and conversion rates.
  • Directly oversee and manage key demand generation channels, including paid digital, campaign marketing, and event marketing.
  • Partner closely with our Director of Digital Experience to inform and optimize our SEO and content strategy
  •  Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement a robust reporting framework to measure campaign performance, analyze funnel metrics, and report on key KPIs to leadership.
  •  Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.

  • Peer Interviews: 60-minute conversations to meet with your potential future teammates. This will be an opportunity to discuss the day-to-day responsibilities of the role and get a feel for the team's culture. 
  • Final Interview: An opportunity for you to meet with our executive team. 
  • Offer & Onboarding: Candidates who receive an offer will be required to complete a background check prior to onboarding. New hires are also expected to work onsite at our Columbus, OH office during their first week to complete onboarding and connect with the team in person.

    Compensation:

    • This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary and a bonus based on company performance. The On-Target Earnings for this position are $150,000-$170,000.
