Our Vision

Proof’s vision is to provide great legal technology that reduces the cost of delivering legal services, making lawyers and courts more accessible to more individuals and businesses that currently cannot afford to engage a lawyer.

The Role

Proof is hiring a Director of Demand Generation to drive measurable Sales pipeline growth in close partnership with GTM leadership. This player-coach will own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that turn product adoption into qualified opportunities, accelerate Sales cycles, and expand existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in Sales-led demand generation and deep expertise in performance marketing, pipeline acceleration, and land-and-expand motions for growth.

What You'll Do
  • Sales Pipeline Growth: Partner with AEs, SDRs, and CSMs to generate, accelerate, and expand pipeline through targeted campaigns, account-based programs, and co-owned plays.
  • Campaign Leadership: Build and run multi-channel campaigns (paid social, content syndication, webinars, and events) designed to engage decision-makers while keeping end users in mind—delivering qualified Sales opportunities.
  • Budget & ROI: Manage the demand generation budget, working with agencies and internal partners to double down on what delivers pipeline and cut what doesn’t.
  • ICP Targeting: Continuously refine and enrich ICP data to enable precision targeting, segmentation, and account engagement.
  • Revenue Partnership: Deliver “campaign-in-a-box” programs, retargeting, and lifecycle content that fuel outbound Sales motions, improve conversion rates, and drive customer expansion.
  • Attribution & Reporting: Partner with RevOps to measure funnel impact, report on influenced pipeline, and optimize marketing investment against payback goals.
What Success Looks Like
  • Demand generation is a predictable, repeatable source of Sales pipeline and customer expansion.
  • Marketing investment ties directly to payback period targets and influenced revenue.
  • Sales and Customer Success report higher quality leads, more relevant content, and stronger support across the customer lifecycle.
  • Campaigns are focused, repeatable, and measurable, with learnings applied quarter over quarter.
  • A strong Revenue Partnership between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success fuels pipeline growth and account expansion.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years in B2B demand generation with proven success driving Sales-led pipeline growth
  • Track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Expertise in account-based demand generation, performance marketing, attribution, and funnel analytics with a focus on ROI and payback period
  • Hands-on experience supporting Sales with account-based programs and customer expansion plays
  • Proficiency with modern GTM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Clay, Gong)
  • Ability to manage and get leverage from agencies and internal contributors while maintaining speed and focus
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align with Sales, RevOps, and Product to prioritize impact
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with accountability for measurable outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, remote, salary position
  • $140,000 - $180,000 base plus $10K variable compensation
  • Medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401k available
  • Flexible time off (paid planned and sick time, and paid holidays)
  • Necessary equipment provided

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
