SimSpace is seeking a Director of Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing tto lead and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and bookings for SimSpace. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and managing targeted campaigns that attract and nurture contacts from our targeted accounts through the buyer’s journey.
This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) and dep familiarity with digital marketing and marketing operations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to build and refine campaigns that convert targeted prospects into customers.
As a Marketing leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and scaling a highly efficient marketing pipeline generation engine that continuously leverages data-driven insights and constructive feedback to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
What you’ll be doing as the Director of Demand Generation and ABM at SimSpace:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified pipeline.
- Design and implement ABM strategies, processes, and software to educate, engage, and convert key accounts in collaboration with Sales.
- Optimize all marketing efforts, spend, and ROI across all paid and organic channels, including sponsored and owned field events and trade shows, paid media, SEO, email, and our own website.
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, CS, and Product Marketing to ensure usage of only compelling messaging and assets that are produced by Product Marketing.
- Leverage and support existing marketing software, including but not limited to Salesforce.com, Hubspot, Asana, etc, while also building out and supporting the marketing tech stack to enable the efficient execution of marketing campaigns.
- Regularly analyze and report out on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Manage demand generation and ABM marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum impact.

Who you are:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, preferably all in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on ABM best practices and technology.
- Hands-on expertise with essential MarTech software, including marketing automation (Hubspot or Marketo preferred), ABM (such as Bombora, 6Sense, Demandbase, etc), and Salesforce.
- Ability to work East Coast hours to match our team, generally starting around 9:00 a.m. Eastern.
- Expertise in executing mutli-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and field channels.
- Highly analytical and a channel-specific ROI and test/learn mindset focused on optimizing campaigns based on data and constructive feedback.
- Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline in commercial accounts within the Global 500 enterprises.
- Strong track record of collaborating across marketing, Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
- Compensation. Base salary range: $155,000 - $175,000, reflecting our confidence in your expertise and impact, with the opportunity for annual bonuses tied to company performance and individual contributions.
