What You’ll Do

CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Global Director, Deal Strategy & Execution to build and lead our global deal desk — the commercial engine that structures, approves, and orchestrates CoreWeave’s most complex and highest-value opportunities, from mega and strategic accounts through enterprise and transactional motions, in close partnership with the sales teams who own them. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Revenue Operations, you will own the deal desk end to end — the commercial structuring, approvals, governance, and orchestration — ensuring every deal is structured for durable, recognizable revenue across our reserved-instance and committed-capacity models as well as emerging consumption-based motions.

This is a rare opportunity to stand up a global practice from the ground up and scale it. You will build, lead, and coach a worldwide team of deal architects and deal specialists, creating a single, centralized deal desk that delivers consistent commercial quality everywhere CoreWeave sells. The role is deeply cross-functional: you will operate as the connective tissue across the deal cycle, partnering closely with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and sales leadership to move deals with speed and discipline. It is a pivotal moment for the company as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler, and you will bring enterprise-grade commercial discipline to the deal cycle while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines CoreWeave, balancing growth velocity with margin quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice Building: Stand up the global deal desk practice and scale it as CoreWeave grows — defining the operating model, playbooks, systems, and standards that form a core global framework while flexing to the regional specificities of the markets CoreWeave sells into.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and coach a worldwide team of deal architects and deal specialists based across regions and all reporting into this role, creating a single, centralized deal desk and a high-performance culture of commercial excellence.
  • Cross-Functional & Regional Partnership: Serve as the connective tissue across the deal cycle, partnering deeply with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Finance Pricing, and acting as the trusted commercial advisor to sales leadership on the largest and most strategic pursuits; partner with regional RevOps leaders to maintain a core global deal framework while accommodating the specific commercial, currency, and legal nuances each region requires.
  • Deal Commercial Structuring: Lead deal commercial structuring across deal types (Mega/Big Birds, Strategic, Enterprise, Transactional), optimizing pricing, terms, and economics for durable revenue in partnership with Finance Pricing.
  • Advanced Approvals & Pricing Quality: Own deal advanced approvals and pricing quality, partnering with Finance Pricing to balance competitiveness with margin discipline.
  • Quote & Order Orchestration: Run complex deal quote and order orchestration, ensuring accuracy and speed from CPQ through booking.
  • Contract Governance & Legal Interlock: Establish contract governance and legal interlock with Commercial Legal, embedding review workflows and commercial risk management into the deal cycle.
  • Fulfillment & Revenue Recognition: Orchestrate complex fulfillment and revenue recognition, partnering with Revenue Accounting to deliver clean, compliant revenue outcomes.
Who You Are
  • 15+ years in deal desk, sales operations, commercial strategy, or revenue operations, with experience owning complex enterprise deal structuring.
  • Strong command of pricing strategy, contract structuring, and revenue recognition principles — including reserved-instance and committed-capacity models, with consumption-based or usage-based pricing a plus.
  • Experience partnering deeply with Commercial Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance Pricing, and CRO-level sales leadership to drive cross-functional deal outcomes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger) and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Public-company fluency: SOX, commercial risk, and governance frameworks that balance velocity with control.
  • Proven success building, leading, and coaching high-performing deal desk or commercial teams, ideally including standing up a function or scaling one across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or SaaS experience strongly preferred.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
