OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

• Shape high-impact deals by partnering with Sales and Finance leadership to design, review, and approve strategic agreements that fuel company growth.

• Be the go-to deal advisor, guiding GTM teams on pricing, commercial terms, and contract strategy while balancing governance with creativity.

• Drive smart pricing and incentives by owning models, discount frameworks, and channel programs that maximize profitability and accelerate revenue.

• Bring the numbers to life through financial modeling and analytics, providing actionable insights on ARR, margin, and deal performance for leadership.

• Optimize the deal process by evolving Deal Desk frameworks and building best-practice playbooks that speed execution.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure new offerings are ready-to-sell and contract-to-cash is seamless.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Director, Deal Desk, these skills are essential for success:

• Abilities: Proforma modeling experience, including deferred and recurring revenue streams.

• Experience: 5+ years related experience. 3+ years managing deal strategy, pricing and deal processes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an Economics, Business or STEM concentration.

• Location: This roles requires you to be in the office 25% of the time in our Boston, MA office.
