Job Description:

Fidelity Labs is looking for an Applied GenAI Practitioner to help us build Large Language Models (LLMs) powered applications for financial services. You will join a new startup team to apply cutting edge Agentic AI technologies to build exciting new products, from ideation to deployment.

The Experience and Skills You Bring

  • Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar technical field

  • 5+ years relevant experience, ideally in financial industry

  • · Expert knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such PyTorch, Jax, TensorFlow

  • Hands-on experience in LLM post training, alignment, fine tuning, and/or deployment a big plus

  • Solid skills of algorithms, data structure, system architecture, and software engineering

  • Highly proficient in Python. Familiarity with C++ and CUDA a plus

  • Experience with model serving frameworks highly desirable

  • Experience with large scale distributed ML systems

  • Performance analysis and optimization experience

  • In-depth understanding of LLMOps

The base salary range for this position is $126,000-$212,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
