  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational and data‑related risks through automation, code development, and analytical review

  • Manage and structure datasets and associated reporting to support internal teams and external stakeholder requests

  • Perform ongoing data quality checks and collaborate with FIWA partners to investigate and resolve issues or discrepancies

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, engineering, computer science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CFA designation is a plus, but not required

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced SQL, with the ability to navigate and integrate across diverse data schemas and content sets

  • Experience programming in Python or R, including the development of customized quantitative tools and analyses

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Morningstar, FactSet, and/or eVestment is a plus

  • Knowledge of security reference data across asset classes, including performance measurement, risk modeling, and performance attribution

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large and complex data sets, identify patterns or anomalies, and build scalable reporting or analytical solutions

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading complex projects to completion

  • Comfort partnering with investors and stakeholders, with a solid understanding of a range of investment processes

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and help design automated, production‑ready workflows

  • Strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and experience managing issues through resolution

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex systems and evolving business requirements

  • Proactive approach to learning, skill development, and continuous improvement

  • 7,63 required or willing to obtain within 6 months

  • Collaborative team orientation, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes

  • Partner across FIWA, WAMS, FI, and FFIO to ensure business needs are met while effectively managing and minimizing risk

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to uphold the quality, consistency, and integrity of FIWA’s investment outputs

  • Help foster a culture that values proactivity, accountability, collaboration, and high performance

  • Take a growth‑oriented approach to continuously build your skills and deepen your platform and product knowledge
