Job Description SummaryThe Customer Success Director, Women’s Health Mammography – KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Development serves as a strategic partner to our most influential customers, focused on building deep, trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the United States and Canada. This role is responsible for driving customer advocacy, clinical collaboration, and long-term success by aligning customer goals with GE HealthCare’s mammography portfolio and vision for the future of women’s health.
As a visible leader within the segment, this role collaborates closely with the Vice President of Women’s Health, Sr. Director of Strategy, Marketing, General Managers, Regional Modality Leaders (RMLs), Sales Development Leaders (SDLs), and Clinical Applications Specialists to advance customer engagement, influence market adoption, and accelerate commercial and clinical impact.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Customer & KOL Relationship Leadership

  • Develop, deepen, and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with KOLs and strategic customers across the United States and Canada.
  • Serve as a primary point of engagement for KOLs, ensuring their voices influence strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer clinical, operational, and strategic priorities and aligning GE HealthCare solutions to support measurable outcomes.

Customer Success & Market Impact

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful customer adoption, utilization, and advocacy of mammography products, services, and solutions.
  • Drive customer success strategies that result in strong reference sites, testimonials, speaker engagements, and perception studies.
  • Support development of Centers of Excellence, show sites, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities that demonstrate clinical and workflow value.

Commercial Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Applications, and Services teams to manage and influence the commercial funnel through strategic customer engagement.
  • Coordinate customer activity plans to increase market penetration, solution adoption, and long-term partnership value.
  • Within assigned geography, support the sale of products, services, solutions, and projects through customer-centric engagement and consultative selling.

Strategic Influence & Thought Leadership

  • Maintain deep expertise in mammography clinical practices, workflow trends, and competitive differentiation.
  • Contribute to segment strategy, policy development, and execution by translating customer insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage technical and clinical expertise to analyze data, assess customer needs, and propose innovative solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement

  • Act as a mentor and resource for colleagues, sharing best practices in customer engagement and KOL development.
  • Lead or contribute to small-to-medium projects that support customer success, market development, and clinical collaboration.
  • Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively, building alignment and consensus across internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years of mammography experience
  • 10 years of mammography experience preferred
  • Must reside within the assigned region
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Desired Characteristics

  • Extensive experience in mammography with established KOL relationships within the Women’s Health market
  • Demonstrated success in building and sustaining executive-level customer relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex customer environments
  • Proven ability to lead programs or projects and influence without authority
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute customer-facing programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clinical and business stakeholders

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $152,000.00-$228,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
