Your Title: Director, Credit Program Management

Your Location: Remote/Anywhere in the US

You Report To: Chief Credit Officer

Compensation: $190,000+ plus bonus!

About the Opportunity:

First Help Financial, voted and certified as a “” by our workforce for three years in a row, is adding a new partner to our Credit Division team to accommodate our remarkable growth!

You will report directly to the Chief Credit Officer, and the duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Lead the development of next generation credit programs for FHF. This includes market segment identification, competitor analysis, development of credit rules, integration of analytic models and scorecards, smooth implementation of AI automation, and API tools.
  • Establish principals of project management and development of business requirement documentation frameworks for the company
  • Lead and partner with operational departments (Sales, Credit, Funding, and more) to improve program offerings.
  • Oversee and develop a group of program and market research managers.
  • Partner with other senior-level executives in sales, operations, finance, and technology to drive the strategic credit program(s) agenda of the company.
  • Plan and oversee ongoing credit program excellence that aligns with company goals.
  • Head the development and execution of a detailed program strategy.
  • Drive and execute initiatives and foster continuous improvements of existing programs by leveraging data-driven insights and utilizing the best course of action to optimize program performance.
  • Collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders and coordinates progress toward program objectives by maintaining effective communication at all levels.

What you bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience in credit program development and management, credit rule creations and implementations using advanced analytic models and technologies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing teams.
  • Expert ability to understand and interpret advanced analytics, ML models, and technology usage for program management.
  • Expertise in gathering competitor intelligence, programs, and implementing credit risk policy and guidelines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
  • Experience in auto finance and strong leadership skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills.
