About the Role:

As the creative design leader who takes this role, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing our brand strategy and ensuring brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. You will take part in launching our new brand and will drive impactful design solutions that resonate with our audiences. As a creative powerhouse, you enjoy being hands-on and are eager to lead a talented team of designers. You will partner closely with marketing, product, and our people team leadership to develop engaging design assets and toolkits that can scale with the business needs.    

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead the creative vision and execution for the launch of our new brand, ensuring it aligns with the company’s mission, values, and business objectives.

  • Develop, implement, scale, and maintain a cohesive visual identity and design guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and mediums.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to embed the new brand into every aspect of the organization.

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact campaigns and events, including digital, print, social, and experiential assets, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

  • Provide hands-on art direction and feedback to refine and elevate creative concepts.

  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to expand the creative output as needed.

  • Establish metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of creative initiatives. 

  • Facilitate design critiques and reviews within the creative design team, as well as with your cross-functional teams.

  • Lead, inspire, develop, and grow our creative design team - fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of creative design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of launching and managing a company or product brand.

  • Exceptional design and art direction skills with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, impactful work.

  • Expertise in leading and developing high-performing creative teams.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC) and familiarity with digital marketing trends.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to stakeholders.

  • A passion for storytelling and creating designs that connect emotionally with audiences.

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of $232,000 - $266,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
