About the Role

Most people start their mornings with coffee that leaves them jittery, crashing, and running on empty. Everyday Dose exists to fix that because people deserve a morning ritual that actually feels good. We make functional coffee, matcha, and creamers that deliver calm energy, steady focus, and real well-being. No crash, no jitters, no gut issues. After serving more than 1.3 million customers and expanding into national retail, we’re hiring driven, thoughtful people who want to help redefine how the world starts its day at scale.

We are a fast-scaling, subscription-first brand. CRO is a mission-critical function to support our velocity and unlock the next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Director of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to own and scale our entire onsite and landing page performance engine, including:

  • improving add-to-cart rate
  • improving checkout conversion
  • reducing friction across the funnel
  • optimizing subscription conversion
  • building and running A/B test programs
  • optimizing landing pages, PDPs, and the full DTC funnel
  • partnering closely with Growth + Retention to maximize LTV/CAC

More about the right candidate:

  • They have the ability to take business-level metrics (LTV, CAC, NCAC, RPV, repeat behavior, etc.) and translate them into a clear, high-impact roadmap.
  • They are a strategic thinker who can zoom out to define a sitewide experimentation strategy, not just landing page optimization.
  • They can prioritize fast, pivot quickly when the data shifts, and communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
  • They have the ability to build and maintain a multi-quarter testing roadmap that aligns Growth, Retention, Product, and Creative.

This is a highly analytical AND creative role that blends psychology, storytelling, UX, data, and experimentation at high velocity.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in CRO, ideally at a fast-paced eCommerce/DTC brand
  • Obsessed with data and experimentation
  • Creative thinker with strong UX instincts
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior
  • Able to move fast and prioritize high-impact projects
  • Clear communicator and team player

BenefitsCOMPENSATION
  • Competitive base, bonus, and equity package
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote-friendly role

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
