Casap is looking for a Director of Content Strategy excited to drive compelling narratives that educate financial institution leaders about a rapidly scaling product at the forefront of automation and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategy across all channels, translating complex fraud and banking concepts into clear narratives that resonate with credit union and bank leaders at different buying stages.

  • Create high-impact content including decks, one-sheeters, thought leadership, video content, and customer testimonials that drive awareness and conversion.

  • Own content planning and campaign development in collaboration with sales, product, and executive teams to align messaging with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with CEO and subject matter experts to craft thought leadership positioning Casap as an authority in the space.

  • Manage external creative partners (agencies, freelancers) while maintaining strategic oversight and quality standards.

  • Use data and performance insights to optimize content effectiveness and inform future initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or marketing communications, preferably in fintech, financial services, or B2B technology.

  • Exceptional writing and content creation skills with a portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.

  • Experience creating executive-facing materials including presentation decks, one-sheeters, and thought leadership content.

  • Strong strategic thinking with experience translating business concepts into multi-format content campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with high autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience managing external creative resources and using data to optimize content performance.

Compensation: $125,000-$175,000 base salary + equity, based on experience
