The Director of Content Marketing will lead Ansira’s content strategy and execution for a dynamic, enterprise B2B SaaS organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and brand authority. This role will collaborate with the broader marketing team, sales, client partnership and product teams to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports the company’s revenue, demand generation, and brand awareness goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing content team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of a variety of content types, including website, blogs, whitepapers, infographics, case studies, eBooks, videos, webinars, and more.
- SEO Optimization: Drive organic traffic by optimizing content for search engines, staying informed on SEO best practices and trends.
- Thought Leadership: Position the company as an industry leader by creating and promoting authoritative and insightful content.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the impact and success of content initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, client partnership and sales teams to ensure content aligns with product positioning and buyer personas at every stage of the customer journey.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to create timely and relevant content.
- Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all channels and content types.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on collaboration and professional growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative Thinking: A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate fresh ideas that drive results.
