Who You Will Be Working With
At PMG, you’ll lead within a multidisciplinary group—Retail Operations, Retail Media, Product, Analytics, Creative, and Client Strategy—aligning people and process to help brands grow across marketplaces. What You Will Do
- Own team strategy and operational success across a portfolio—setting priorities, establishing KPIs, and driving accountability across Retail Operations and Retail Media.
- Define and evolve playbooks for catalog architecture, PDP lifecycle optimization, promotional execution, and media campaigns—codifying best practices and updating them as platforms evolve.
- Partner with Product, Alli, and Analytics to enhance internal tools, dashboards, and reporting—translating front-line needs into features that improve visibility, speed, and decision quality.
- Translate client goals into scalable delivery models—designing integrated workflows, SLAs, and QA guardrails that ensure consistency across listings, promotions, and media.
- Shape team structure, hiring plans, and career paths to support growth and capability maturity; mentor managers and leads to elevate craft and leadership.
- Guide annual and quarterly planning across accounts—aligning omnichannel promotion calendars and media strategies with inventory, pricing, and PDP readiness.
- Oversee forecasting and ROI frameworks—connecting retail fundamentals to media investment decisions and measurement approaches.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture—prioritizing pilots, documenting outcomes, and rolling successful approaches into reusable playbooks.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced expertise in strategic catalog architecture and listing hierarchy, including PDP content strategy and lifecycle governance.
- Advanced ability to align omnichannel promotions and retail media strategies, connecting retail readiness with performance goals.
- Advanced proficiency in media campaign planning, execution, and ROI forecasting across retail search and display environments.
- Proven experience developing diagnostic frameworks and operational playbooks across Ops + Media, with a track record of scaling them across teams.
- Advanced cross-functional partnership skills with Product and Platform teams—comfortable translating practitioner needs into roadmap items and driving adoption.
- A people-first leadership style—skilled at coaching managers, giving clear feedback, and building diverse, high-performing teams that deliver consistently.
- Clear, executive-ready communication—able to distill complex signals into crisp narratives, decisions, and next steps for senior stakeholders.
