About this team:

The Director, Client Success, Demand Facilitation leads and manages a team of Account Managers who work directly with Agencies, Brands, DSPs, and Trade Desks to successfully manage online video ad campaigns across the Magnite platform. As a team lead, you will be responsible for maximizing the end-to-end success of our buy-side accounts and providing strategic direction and guidance to team and key accounts in order to achieve client objectives.

In this role you will:  

  • Identify, prioritize, and support the execution of strategic growth initiatives by working cross-functionally with Demand Facilitation (Sales), Media Planning, Ad Operations, and Publisher Account teams

  • Build and leverage relationships with key clients in-market to drive results

  • Develop and implement processes for your team and cross-functional partners to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and reduce errors

  • Build strategies, programs, and process that align all Magnite GTM efforts

  • Oversee collaboration with other Operations and Revenue leaders to successfully manage client relationships and campaigns

  • Strategically identify opportunities for account growth through leveraging analysis and data; coach direct reports to do the same

  • Lead and coach direct reports to lead strategic client meetings and deliver quarterly business reviews

  • Oversee management of select strategic accounts

  • Act as a subject matter expert to coach and train employees on assigned portfolios; leveraging best practices, product knowledge, tools, and data analysis

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • 8+ years of related work experience with focus on digital media planning/buying, RTB/Programmatic buying, or digital advertising experience within an agency, trading desk or branded advertiser

  • Work experience at a publisher, DSP or SSP is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of individual contributors and managers

  • Proven ability to engage successfully with agency and brand client partners to build mutually beneficial growth plans

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to balance competing dynamics in a fast-paced and complex environment through effective time management skills, the ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and proactive prioritization

  • An aptitude for technical troubleshooting and proactive analysis in the ad tech ecosystem

In New York, the base salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $170,000 in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
