cBEYONData is seeking a Director of Client Services to oversee the successful delivery of services and solution to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). The successful candidate will be focused on ensuring effective contract delivery, client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, supporting business development capture activities, and fostering strong client relationships. The Director of Client Services will lead a team of managers overseeing project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to project managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and information to achieve project objectives.
- Effectively lead the project managers to ensure quality performance and client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor project managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set performance expectations of the project managers, conduct regular contract performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to support professional growth.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the client service teams and the broader organization.
- Deliver projects have adequate contractual coverage to support the work they are performing.
- Meet or exceed corporate financial targets for the portfolio.
- Proactively engage with project managers to ensure they are helping clients understand their needs, challenges, and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Actively monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, working closely with the Business Development team to expand the firm's footprint.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, government policies, and market dynamics that may impact client needs and our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in a client-facing role within a government consulting firm delivering IT services and solutions to Federal clients. OSD focus is a plus.
- Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.
- BS/BA, MS degree preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong employee and client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management and development.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. PMP preferred.
