The Director, Client Relations (CRD) role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients in an assigned book of business within our EdAdvisory businesses. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industry, excellent communication and presentation skills into C-Suite contacts, and a proven track record in sales and account management for organizations with complex solutions.
This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review performance, address concerns, and discuss future opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients
- Facilitate and manage the retention of accounts to support the company’s expansion objectives
- Proactively develop strong partnerships with clients to maximize retention and loyalty and to ensure compelling client testimonials and endorsements
- Analyze program utilization data of client programs, effectively communicate utilization trends to clients and continuously provide strategic direction to clients to meet their organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years or more of direct account or client relationship management with proven ability to upsell is required
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate the values and mission of the organization and full range of Bright Horizons services offered

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $130,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, depending on hire date and subject to applicable eligibility requirements and accrual schedules, new employees in this role receive up to: 9 paid holidays annually; 40 hours of sick time per year based on full-time schedule, and 120 hours of vacation time per year based on full-time schedule (vacation time may be used for sick leave purposes under any applicable state or local sick or safe time law).
